Rev. Alan Dicken

Rev. Alan Dicken is the Pastor of Engagement at Joy Metropolitan Community Church. He has served churches in Cincinnati, Ohio, Bethany, West Virginia, and New York, New York. Rev. Alan was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, got his B.A. in Religious Studies from Bethany College, and an M.Div from Union Theological Seminary in New York City. He is passionate about faith being something that is practiced more than on Sunday mornings so that communities may really be transformed by those who strive to carry God’s justice and compassion into the world.
