Transformation and Continuity Program

In the spirit of open and continuous communication, this recurring article will provide a brief synopsis of actions taken during the week related to our search for an Interim Pastor and eventually a Permanent Pastor.  In addition, we will provide updates related to the Transformation and Continuity Program.

For the week ending Aug. 14, 2010:

• The decision has been made to seek an Intentional Interim Pastor. This Pastor will not be eligible to become the permanent Pastor.  This decision has been communicated to UFMCC.
• The Transformation and Continuity Program.
• The TCP Organization Chart has been published.
• The BOD is now seeking candidates for those who wish to serve on the TCP Team.
